How long does the process take?
Once we agree on a price with a seller we typically close all deals within 30 days.

We are a group of local investors that provide value to home sellers in California by simplifying the home selling process. We provide a quick exit strategy for home owners and allow them to walk away with equity in their pockets.
What if we can't agree on a price?
The best part of our company is that we are a service. Our goal is to be able to find the best solution for all people who do business with us. If we cannot agree on a price, you will still be left with our suggestion on the best next move for you and your property situation.
What do you do with the property?
We are investors when it comes to handling the properties that we obtain. If we feel that it is profitable we may look into funding all necessary repairs on a property and renting it our or relisting it on the MLS. We may buy a property with the hopes of finding the right buyer down the line. This allows the original seller to be worry free while providing a benefit to us down the line.
